How Pay & Fees Work (Transparent)

• Your cut: paid on percentage of linehaul + FSC per rate con (see your lease)
• Settlements: weekly with itemized deductions and copies of rated freight bills on request
• Charge-backs: only what’s in your lease, at actual cost, fully itemized (fuel card, advances, plates/permits if elected, etc.)
• Smart dispatch: targets your RPM, deadhead caps, and home-time needs
• Escrow (if any): amount, purpose, and return timing stated in the lease with quarterly accounting

Owner-Op Requirements

• Your truck in safe, legal condition (annual inspection current)
• CDL and med card (if applicable), clean drug/alcohol history
• ELD-ready (we can provision if you need one)
• Proof of 2290/HVUT, IRP/IFTA (or opt into our programs where available)
• Cargo/physical damage if you want your own; otherwise request our group options
• W-9, banking info for direct deposit, and proof of business entity (recommended)
